How enquiries reach you
A direct enquiry goes to exactly 1 venue — yours. A matched enquiry goes to up to 3 venues that fit the couple's stated needs, after our team has checked it. You have 48 hours to accept or decline.
Fair use
Invalid enquiries
- An enquiry that is spam, a duplicate, or unreachable at the details given is marked invalid and never counts against you.
- While enquiries are free there is nothing to credit; if a price is introduced, invalid enquiries are credited in full.
Couples stay in control
Withdrawal and no response
- Couples can stop sharing their details at any time; offers you have not accepted are withdrawn.
- If you do not accept or decline within the reply window the offer expires and may be passed to another venue.

Today a subscription is billed at the price shown and gives no extra visibility on pilot venue pages: no badge, no placement, no spotlight. The "Featured" badge is not shown on pilot pages. The benefits listed under each plan describe what the plan is intended to offer; none of them is active during the pilot.

Subscription plans are billed as described but currently grant no entitlement: they do not currently change ranking or matching on venue pages, add a badge, or change placement. Whether and how these benefits apply is an owner decision that is pending and will be stated here before anything changes.

Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements, if offered, appear in a separate slot with a visible "Sponsored" label and a "Why am I seeing this?" note. They are never mixed into relevance results or matching.

How to claim
Find your venue
Search the venue pages for your hall. If it is already listed, open its profile and choose "Is this your venue?".
Tell us who you are
Give your name, role and a contact route we can verify — an email on the venue's own domain, a call-back to its published number, or a business document.
We check, then hand over
Nothing on the profile changes until an editor confirms the claim. You then get a link to set your password and manage facts, photos and enquiries.
