Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through Asian Wedding Halls.
1. Deposit Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the vendor cancels your booking or exceptional circumstances apply. Please review each vendor's individual cancellation terms before booking.
2. Full Payment Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- More than 90 days before the event: Full refund minus the deposit.
- 30–90 days before the event: 50% refund of the amount paid above the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
These are platform guidelines. Individual vendors may have different terms which will be displayed at the time of booking.
3. Vendor Cancellations
If a vendor cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@asianweddinghalls.co.uk with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Disputes
If you are unable to resolve a dispute with a vendor, please contact us and we will endeavour to mediate a fair resolution.
