Vendor Agreement

This agreement governs your participation as a vendor on the Asian Wedding Halls platform. By registering as a vendor you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
Vendors must be legally registered businesses or sole traders operating in the United Kingdom. You must hold any licences or insurance required by law for your services.
2. Listings
You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate, up to date, and compliant with our content guidelines. Misleading listings will be removed. Images must be your own or licensed for use.
3. Bookings and Availability
You must honour all confirmed bookings. Cancelling confirmed bookings without valid reason may result in suspension from the platform.
4. Commissions and Payments
A platform commission applies to bookings made through Asian Wedding Halls. The current commission rate is displayed in your vendor dashboard. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of a completed event.
5. Reviews
Customers may leave reviews of your services. You may not offer incentives for positive reviews or request removal of genuine negative reviews.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account for breach of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints.
