Bookings made through the platform create a contract between you and the vendor. Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the vendor.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Refunds are subject to the vendor's refund policy and our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Asian Wedding Halls or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asian Wedding Halls is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
