Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the bridal wear supplier can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Lead times vary a lot, and made-to-order or bespoke outfits can take several months. Ask for the lead time for your outfit and the latest date you can order for your wedding, in writing.

Ask which of these applies and whether you can change details such as the sleeves, blouse, dupatta or colour.

Ask how many fittings are included, whether alterations cost extra, and what happens if the outfit arrives late or is not as agreed.

Ask whether you need to book an appointment, how many people can come with you, and whether they also make outfits for the groom or family.

This listing gives their location as Birmingham. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the bridal wear supplier will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the bridal wear supplier, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
