Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the décor supplier can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Ask for photos of real setups they have done, ideally at your venue, rather than stock images or mood boards.

Ask for a written quote based on your venue that lists delivery, setup, breakdown, lighting, and whether flowers are fresh or artificial. Extras can add a lot to a headline price.

Ask whether they have public liability insurance (many venues require it), whether they can work within the venue's setup and finishing times, and whether they have worked there before.

Ask which styles they offer for your ceremony, how many events they take on in one weekend, and who will be your named contact on the day.

This listing gives their location as Birmingham. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the décor supplier will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the décor supplier, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
