Yes — creating a basic supplier profile and listing your services is completely free. We also offer paid subscription plans that unlock premium features such as enhanced profile placement, lead purchase credits, and priority visibility in search results.

A vendor subscription gives your business a competitive edge on the platform. Subscribers receive improved search placement, a Featured badge on their listing, access to purchase couple enquiry leads, and detailed analytics on profile views and enquiry activity.

When a couple submits a quote request that matches your service category and location, you can purchase that lead to reveal the couple's full contact details. Each lead is a one-time purchase — you pay only for leads you choose to unlock. There is no monthly lead quota.

Couples can send you a quote request directly from your listing page. You will receive an email notification and the enquiry will appear in your vendor dashboard. Depending on your subscription, you may also be able to receive direct messages.

The Verified badge is awarded after our team has confirmed your business details, including your trading name and public liability insurance. You can upload your documents from your vendor dashboard under Account Settings → Verification. The review typically takes 1–3 business days.

Yes. You can update your listing at any time from your vendor dashboard — including photos, pricing, service description, location, and availability. Changes are reflected on the site immediately without requiring re-approval.

Couples who have submitted an enquiry through the platform can leave a review on your listing. Reviews are moderated to prevent abuse. A higher average rating improves your visibility in search results and builds trust with potential clients.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your vendor dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. Lead purchase credits are non-refundable once a lead has been unlocked.

Raise a support ticket from your vendor dashboard under Help & Support. Our team aims to respond within one business day. For urgent billing queries, include your invoice reference in the ticket.
