About Maria London Decor

Maria London Events (trading as MLE Events Ltd) is a London-based wedding and event planning company that the site says was founded in 2005 as The Shaadi Planners by Habibur Rahman and rebranded under its current name in 2016, with a focus on bringing professional standards to the Asian wedding market. It offers an end-to-end service covering planning and on-the-day management, venue sourcing and hire, stage platforms and decor, head-table setups, floral arrangements, table centrepieces, dance floors, tents and lighting, DJ and sound systems, toastmasters, photography and in-house luxury catering with customisable menus. The company also arranges luxury and supercar transport through partners, including Rolls Royce, Lamborghini and helicopter options. Event types covered include weddings, corporate meetings and galas, birthdays and both intimate and large-scale gatherings. The about page states the company is an approved caterer at a number of hotels and operates regionally and nationally from its London base. No prices or guest capacities are published.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the décor supplier can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Ask for photos of real setups they have done, ideally at your venue, rather than stock images or mood boards.

Ask for a written quote based on your venue that lists delivery, setup, breakdown, lighting, and whether flowers are fresh or artificial. Extras can add a lot to a headline price.

Ask whether they have public liability insurance (many venues require it), whether they can work within the venue's setup and finishing times, and whether they have worked there before.

Ask which styles they offer for your ceremony, how many events they take on in one weekend, and who will be your named contact on the day.

This listing gives their location as London. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the décor supplier will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the décor supplier, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
