Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the caterer can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

We don't check halal status. Ask the caterer which certification body they use and for a copy of the current certificate, whether their kitchen is fully halal or shared, and where their meat comes from. You can look up a food business's hygiene rating at ratings.food.gov.uk.

Ask whether they offer a tasting before booking, whether family can come, and whether there is a charge for it.

Ask for a written quote for your guest numbers that states the price per head and whether it covers staff, crockery, serving stations, setup and clearing, travel and VAT. Ask separately about live stations or dessert counters.

When the caterer replies, tell them about any vegetarian, Jain, vegan or allergy needs and which events you need catering for (for example mehndi, wedding day and walima), and ask for the menus in writing. Also check that your venue allows outside caterers and whether they have worked there before.

This listing gives their location as Leeds. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the caterer will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the caterer, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
