Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the venue can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Capacity depends on the room and the layout (seated dinner, theatre-style or standing). Any figure on this page comes from the listing and is not a confirmed number. Ask the venue for the seated capacity of each room, whether men's and women's areas can be arranged, and how much parking there is.

Ask whether catering is in-house only or outside caterers are allowed, and whether there are kitchen-hire, corkage or cake-cutting charges. If halal food matters to you, ask which body certifies the kitchen or caterer and for a copy of the current certificate, as we don't check certification. Ask about the alcohol policy too.

Ask whether a havan or other fire ceremony is allowed, how much ceiling height and floor space there is for a mandap or stage, what time decorators can start, and what the finishing time and any noise limits are. Make sure the agreed times are in your contract.

Ask for a written quote for your date and guest numbers that lists tables, chairs, linen, crockery, staff, security, cleaning and VAT, and that says which events it covers (for example mehndi, ceremony and reception). Any "From" price on this page is a guide from the listing and may be out of date.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the venue will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the venue, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
