About Very Vegetarian Cakes

Very Vegetarian Cakes is a Birmingham bakery with more than 20 years of experience that describes itself as the first eggless cake specialist in the Midlands, moving to a larger facility with an in-house bakery and showroom in 2020. It makes bespoke wedding cakes, birthday cakes for adults and children and cupcakes, all vegetarian and eggless, with gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soya free and vegan options. The contact page gives example pricing of a basic three-tier wedding cake serving just under 200 finger portions from £450 and birthday cakes from £25 to £500, suggests dummy tiers to reduce cost, and asks for guest count, purpose, height and dimensions when quoting; face-to-face consultations with tastings are encouraged and quotes are fastest by WhatsApp with a photo of the design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the supplier can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Ask for a written quote for your date that lists everything included and any charges for travel, overtime or extras.

Ask for real examples of their work at similar weddings and whether you can speak to couples they have worked with.

Get a written contract, ask about insurance and what happens if something goes wrong, and agree a named contact for the day.

It varies by supplier. Get the amount, what it covers and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms, including what happens to a deposit, must be fair.

This listing gives their location as Birmingham. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the supplier will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the supplier, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
