About Vintage-Campervan-Wedding-Hire

Vintage Campervan Wedding Hire is a small family business in the West Midlands run by Richard and Zoe Cherry, offering chauffeur-driven classic Volkswagens for wedding transport. The fleet is Ozzy, a 1972 VW campervan with seat belts for up to five passengers, and Tori, a Karmann-built VW Beetle cabriolet with pearlescent paint and cream leather. The standard package gives exclusive use of the vehicle for up to three hours (longer by arrangement), a suited or casual driver, ribbons and bows in the couple's colour scheme, photo opportunities and sign writing to personalise the day, with only one wedding booked per day. Indicative prices start from £345 and bespoke quotes are given via an online form that captures ceremony and reception addresses.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Request Pricing & Availability" button on this page. Add your name and email address, plus your event month and approximate guest numbers if you know them (a phone number is optional). Sending an enquiry costs nothing, you don't need an account, and it doesn't commit you to booking. We don't hold live availability or confirmed prices, so only the supplier can confirm whether your date is free and what it will cost. Ask for both in writing.

Ask for a written quote for your date that lists everything included and any charges for travel, overtime or extras.

Ask for real examples of their work at similar weddings and whether you can speak to couples they have worked with.

Get a written contract, ask about insurance and what happens if something goes wrong, and agree a named contact for the day.

It varies by supplier. Get the amount, what it covers and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms, including what happens to a deposit, must be fair.

This listing gives their location as Birmingham. Ask whether they cover your venue's area and whether they charge for travel.

We save your enquiry and email it to the contact address on this listing, which for some listings is our own team's inbox, and to the team behind Asian Wedding Halls. We can't promise when or whether the supplier will reply. Some listings are not yet managed by the business itself, so if you don't hear back, look the business up independently and contact it directly.

No. You can't book or pay on this page. Bookings, contracts, deposits and payments are agreed directly between you and the supplier, and Asian Wedding Halls is not a party to that contract. Before paying anything, get a written contract showing the total price, the deposit, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms. Paying by credit card may give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
